6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

7. EU Consumer Rights If you are located in the EU, you have rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c). For defective items, full remedies apply.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, and content on this site are owned by Nine Lives Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Nine Lives Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Production Time All products are made to order by Printify. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order is dispatched.

  • European Union: 5–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Australia: 7–14 business days
  • New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Japan: 7–14 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nine Lives Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

EU Customers For orders within the EU, we comply with all applicable cross-border e-commerce regulations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ninelivescomail@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed lost shipments.
